Donors

Each year Saratoga Theatre Arts (STA) invites teachers and administrators in SUSD and Saratoga High School to apply for grants that enhance the Drama and theatre arts-related educational experience of their students.

The STA Board of Directors discusses all grants. Those awarded must be approved by a majority vote.

Teachers & PTAs

Saratoga Theatre Arts invites you to apply for grants from our generous donors. In your application, include expected results related to improved learning outcomes and how you will measure that improvement.

Grants should only be used for items that have no alternative funding sources, such as department funds or district funding/bond measures.

SHS International Thespian Society CA Festival chaperone & teacher costs
SHS Comedy Sportz program referees & league registration for the year
SHS Fall Play tech staff costs (set design & construction, costumer, lighting, technical director)
SHS Spring Musical tech staff costs (set design & construction, costumer, choreographer, lighting, sound, vocal coach, technical director, poster design)
SHS Mainstage playbill design service (play & musical)
SUSD Drama Club curriculum design & development pack for all practitioners
ITS Membership fees for SUSD Drama Club practitioners
